3. Data Feeds, Scoreboards, and Live Data Limitations
FIFO displays real-time scoreboards, kickoff countdowns, and group standings tables sourced from API-Football v3. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted feeds, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or instantaneous synchronization of live scores. Latency may occur due to API limits or network issues. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to delayed scores or schedules.
4. AI Projections, Predictions & Win Probabilities
The win/draw/loss match projections and rationales displayed on the Site are generated programmatically using statistical modeling (simulating matchups using Elo ratings, recent team forms, head-to-head records, and historical indices). These projections are presented for informational and entertainment purposes only.
– No Guarantee: Football is inherently unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
– No Betting Advice: Our predictions do not constitute betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice.
– User Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility and risk for any decisions made based on our predictions.
5. User Feedback, Feature Submissions & Bug Reports Ownership
If you submit ideas, feedback, bug reports, feature suggestions, or editorial content to FIFO, you agree that we own all intellectual property rights to such submissions. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to implement, display, and publish these ideas or feedback without compensating you. This ensures that when we improve our player comparison tool or optimize our layouts based on user suggestions, we can do so freely without licensing disputes.
6. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website or these Terms, you agree to first contact our support desk at support@livematches.online to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, you agree that any legal action, lawsuit, or arbitration proceeding will be conducted individually, without resorting to any form of class action. Arbitration proceedings will be held in Berlin, Germany, under the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS).
7. User-Generated Content & Comments
If you post comments or submit content on the Site, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FIFO Digital Sports Media Group regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
